Cloudapt was selected to provide Internet service in The Linc Apartments - a leading development in the northern Indiana city of Valparaiso's downtown modernization. With three separate 4-story structures covering a downtown city block, The Linc will create the type of urban density sought by many municipalities.

Cloudapt will build an industry leading 10Gbps-capable fiber optic network to provide first class Internet service in all 127 apartments and 8 first floor retail units in The Linc. In addition, Cloudapt will deploy it's entire suite of high technology services at The Linc including exterior door access control, intercoms, resident door locks, Surveillance, Voice over IP, and Audio Visual.
